Hey love, I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Amber Nicole and I’m not just a Trauma- Informed Relationship & Identity coach. I’m a woman who’s lived through the kind of pain most people don’t talk about.

 

For nearly 11 years, I was in a domestic violence relationship. From the outside, everything looked perfect. But behind closed doors, I felt invisible, silenced, and slowly losing myself.

It wasn’t easy to leave. And it wasn’t just about packing a bag, it was about rebuilding my confidence, my voice, and my belief that I deserved more.

 

That’s why I created the Connected Culture 5-Pillars Framework, Identity, Connection, Communication, Authenticity, and Vulnerability. Each pillar was created because I now know what I was missing and why I accepted a toxic relationship.

For the last 9 years, I have dedicated my time to help high-achieving, men & women like you break free emotionally, mentally, & spiritually from toxic relationships.

I use this frame-work with one on one coaching, group coaching and leadership training.
